Thank you for shopping with Wood UPP. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures and timescales.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United Kingdom, all EU member states, and other international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): rates calculated at checkout
European Union:
- Standard Delivery (5-10 business days): rates calculated at checkout
Rest of World:
- International Delivery (7-21 business days): rates calculated at checkout
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost charged by Wood UPP.
For EU customers, VAT is included in the price displayed at checkout where applicable.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@woodslatted.shop with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@woodslatted.shop.
8. Large and Oversized Items
Due to the nature of our acoustic wood slat panels, some orders may be shipped via pallet delivery. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time for oversized items.
